The questions we get asked most about commercial fit-outs in NSW.

Q. Can you work outside of business hours?
Yes — we regularly schedule strip-outs, noisy works, and deliveries for evenings and weekends to minimise disruption to neighbouring tenants and retain your trading hours where possible.
Q. Do you manage the DA and building approval?
Yes — we assess what approvals are required, engage a certifier, prepare documentation, and manage the process end-to-end. Commercial fit-outs typically require a Construction Certificate and Occupation Certificate at minimum.
Q. What is BCA compliance and who handles it?
BCA stands for Building Code of Australia. It covers fire safety, structural requirements, accessibility, and more. We manage BCA compliance in-house and engage an independent certifier to sign off — you don't need to worry about it.
Q. Do you fit out tenanted buildings?
Yes — we're experienced working in multi-tenancy buildings with body corporate requirements, access restrictions, and neighbouring tenants. We liaise with building management and follow all site rules.
Q. Can you build a commercial kitchen for a café?
Yes — commercial kitchens are a specialty. We manage the grease trap installation, exhaust systems, council food handling requirements, and certification. We've completed multiple hospitality fit-outs that passed first inspection.
Q. How do you manage cost blowouts on commercial?
We don't — it's a fixed-price contract. Scope changes are documented and agreed before any additional work proceeds. The original contract price doesn't move unless you change the scope.
